Many Dubai residents are slowly switching to motorcycles and bicycles to beat the traffic on the busy roads of Dubai, especially the traffic on SZR (Sheikh Zayed Road).
I guess with today morning's fog, low visibility and chock bloc traffic on SZR, this cyclist decided to walk to office, leaving the cycle locked up on the sign post. Only hope the person didn't try walking to Jebal Ali or Abu Dhabi! Then again he or she might have reached faster than I would have in my car!
No matter what you do! There is always something to make sure you spend a few hours on SZR every morning! Be it an accident, vehicle break down, lane jumpers, construction or road repairs and now the weather!

Time to get some new walking shoes!

The weather was foggy yet pleasant, so no complaints! Of course the story of cars on SZR never changes...only the situation alters like you mentioned. Anyways, nice pics once again!
Laters!
argh...damn...da weather may hav been kinda cool nd pleasant in da mornin but oh boy did i hav a tough time drivin through it...da pics is pretty obvious bout how dense it waz but omg in real it luked like so much more thicker...
Although the fog was dangerous and highly irritating to all drivers, I couldn't help but be delighted by it...
The fog indicated changing weather....a cool cozy winter and maybe if we're lucky enough, a few precious days of drizzle...
Nice pics...they capture that expectant, rainy feeling.
Those bulidings look like they are floating away on a couple of clouds...I've seen the same illsion so many times before but never quite been able to capture it this way..
