The New look of the Khaleej Times website
After much afterthought or perhaps a new person on the job, Khaleej Times has finally switched to a neater and cleaner web layout. After a long lull, Khaleej Times seems to be experimenting on improving its layout design which reflects in its daily City Times.
The competition in the newspaper industry in Dubai seems dead or non-existent. It is almost if there was a secret consensus among the major newspapers to be collectively dull and to print the same bland PR releases day after day. Any competition is welcome, cause "ideally" competition creates better products.
Does cosmetic changes mean better journalism standards? Only time will tell...
