Everybody notices the dust in the air or "the haze" which now perpetually hangs over
Dubai City. The unending construction projects all over the city has now made air a deadly cocktail of oxygen, cement dust, asbestos dust, carbon monoxides from the unending traffic jams in the city, CFCs from all the box Air conditioners and who know what else.
For the most visible sign of what our lungs may look like after a deep breath, just take a good look at the leaves of outdoor plants. The pictures speak for themselves. Not fungus, mind you but definitely a coat of dust.
So now go on and take a deep breath of that fresh air! It brings to mind the the Biblical verse "Dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."

Sucks to be us, sometimes.
Horrifying!!! but what can we do? today I stare at those leaves and fear for my life and tomorrow I stroll along in those very streets, breathing that very air...
